Avoid them. I will never go to this place for a repair again. I don’t believe these people are qualified technically. I took a Motorola g5 plus for battery replacement. Seemed fine when I picked it up, but within 30 days I noticed the problem returning. Worse than it was when I brought it in for repair. And then the phone bgan to fall apart. When I returned to the store, they told me the warranty was only good for seven days and the battery that they put in was not new. They then proceeded to tell me there was probably a problem with the motherboard. If this was the case they should have troubleshot before before they did a repair. If qualified techs they would have. When I go to someone qualified they will ask what’s wrong then they will look for what’s causing the problem. Be they a technician, a mechanic, or a doctor. They look at the symptoms, determine the cause of the syptoms and fix or treat the cause. These people are not professionals. Avoid them.

Mohamed is a wonderful employee. Completely professional and his customer service is out of this world. He works with people and is completely understanding. This store is a one stop shop and their repair services are efficient. From speakers to games for the x box and neon lights for your children’s rooms. This store has it all. I recommend and suggest EVERYONE continue to support this wonderful business.

I’ve been using this store as an UPS access point to pick up and drop off packages. After going there several times, I wanted to leave a positive feedback here. The staff is very attentive and friendly, the store hours are extremely convenient! I’ll continue coming back!
