Gamma Technician Raul took the time to discuss over the phone our existing process for time reporting. The process had room for improvement therefore if we could convert the manual input and populate the end result by adding a macro in the spreadsheet that would make our day. Raul took the time to develop the macro and its currently working beautifully. This additional process will save us time and definitely improve accuracy. Through out the entire time of our discussion he was very professional and pleasant to work with.
Blake the Gamma technician was excellent. He was extremely professional and very neat. He was a very nice young man who did an excellent job with the installation of new speakers for our projection TV and sound system.
