I couldn’t get my Google Maps app to work on my phone, and the guy at Verizon couldn’t even guess the problem. In fact, he looked at my phone, shrugged his shoulders, and handed it back to me. He didn’t even ask one of his co-workers; he just seemed completely uninterested in helping. I walked into Geek Bro Repair just down the street, and the gentleman at the counter, the owner, looked at the phone and in less than two minutes explained the problem, corrected it, and had my app fully functioning. He even took the time to show me what I could do in the future if the issue cropped up again. He was polite, professional, and friendly even though it was obvious that I caught him while he was busy.

Recently my phone went non-functional. I was a walk in at Geek Bro Larry took a look & walked me through his plan to incrementally diagnosis the phone to determine the one or more issues to keep costs down if it was smarter to replace.
