I have the new computer up and running and couldn’t be more thrilled!
Windows 11 will take a little getting use to, but so far, so good.

You were right, most everything was on One Drive and easy download to my desktop. That made a tech dope like me very happy!

Took my iPad in to get the screen replaced And the guy had looked at it multiple times while I was standing there and didn’t say anything about it besides the cracked screen. Went to pick it up and he had told me that the frame was bent and didn’t notice it, and there was a gash out of it where you could tell It was obviously been bent by something. Iv had this iPad in a good case since Iv gotten it. They refused to make it right don’t recommend.

I was very pleased with the service I received. My hard drive went and my motherboard went also. Steve was very helpful and recommended I not put money into that machine. I ended up buying a refurbished computer that I like a lot. He took the time to explain to me how to work it. Thanks, guys, for all your help.
