I had geek squad scheduled to replace the gasket seal around my freezer door. A week later it got replaced in a very poorly fashioned manner. It was worse than what it was before! The service tech left and now it will be another week and a half before the same guy can return to try to fix it. I spent 64 minutes on hold trying to schedule with 1-800 geek squad for a repair of their prior installation. Completely unacceptable and upset that I was on the phone for over an hour just to talk to somebody to get it scheduled. The first 45 mins Of waiting on hold was due to the fact that I kept getting transferred to the wrong department on their behalf which each department was a 15 to 20 minute wait. Then I got upset and finally got transferred to the correct appliance department and which in a matter of 10 minutes I was able to get somebody scheduled although we can a half is an on except a bowl duration of time to get it replaced. I have hundreds of dollars worth of food that is thawing out in the inside of my fridge is frosting over which will only result in further damage. This is a simple issue with getting a proper seal with the gasket around the door they can turn into a much bigger issue in which they were not correct or honor any further damages. It’s not my problem that they can’t do it right the first time and that they can’t get somebody out here in a more timely fashion to fix it again might I add!

Had Emily who was able to help me solve an issue with my coverage for my broke Iphone where i was under the understanding that i had full coverage. She also explained the process of the replacement and suggested different cover plans for my next device i get. She was great and was so patient with answering all my questions. She was awesome and her customer service is through the charts. Highly recommend coming to this location!

I had to get my tv repaired and when I made the appointment they told me the in-home appointment time would be from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Really?? That is a huge gap. I just have to sit at home and wait for the employee? That is just not reasonable and unprofessional. Now it’s 7:22 pm and no one has shown up. Then I called the store and wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone. This is ridiculous.
