They’re just trying to price gouge people. I had built the majority of my Gaming PC Rig and simply needed Geek Squad to put my cords on my motherboard and they insisted they would need to “check everything” and it would be $200 to connect the cords and ensure that everything else was connected properly. You have options so shop around and don’t take their outrageous prices at face value. I got someone at N&F Computers to do EVERYTHING that the Best Buy Geek Squad said they would do for $87. Absolutely RIDICULOUS what they are trying to charge people. Just trying to screw people over and make a quick buck.

I want to let you know that David from Geek Squad of Best But is the best of the best!!! His customer service skills, knowledge, understanding, and compromise to give the best on his job makes him a remarkable member of that store in Clarksville, TN. He went above and beyond to help me and fix what was wrong with my lap tops. I promised him that I would say that he is the BESTEST!!! So here it is. I’m very happy that David helped me with my laptops (two) issues.

They improperly Repaired my iPhone screen causing it to no longer be waterproof. When I returned to the location the lady refused to look at it stating there’s water trapped in there you have to get a replacement refused to look at it and had the audacity to ask if I can prove to them if they installed the screen wrong. Never again will I use geek squad services and I truly hope they either retrain this associate or release her from employment
