We are in our 60’s and do not want the hassle of trying to figure out electronics. We finally made an appt thru best buy to have someone come out and tell us what we need for what we want. Josh came out (free of charge) and was such a tremendous help with our electronics. He gave us suggestions, gave us options. We told him what we wanted and he took care of everything. We didn’t have to do a thing. He showed us what he had down for ordering, we agreed to it. He set up an appt for installation. So easy! Why we didn’t do this a long time ago, I don’t know. But I’m so glad we finally used the Geek Squad! We’ll have a brand new sound system up in just a short amount of time. Yeaaahh!!

Here it is 2023 on a hot Aug day. The geek squad came out first thing which was great. I like how we get continued texts and they call to let us know they are on there way. I LOVE the geek squad and for people ‘my age’, it’s a godsend. They took less than 15 minutes to fix our tv and the yearly membership is 100% worth the money.

I turned in my laptop because my LED screen needed a component or two replaced. I set up SMS text messages through an agent and dropped off the computer in the end of May. Even though there was a slight communication issue regarding shipping, tracking, and SMS, the agents and the GS manager were friendly, accommodating, and solved the issue quickly. Not only did one agent go far out of his way to help me, the GS manager did as well, and even thought of helpful solutions. I had never used Geek Squad before, but now they are my go-to for tech support and repairs.

Edit: the agents here in grand junction were fantastic, however my computer didn’t come back as fixed as it needed to be, so I’m disappointed in the repair center itself across the country.

I bought a new computer from Dell and took it to Geek Squad for them to get it set up. The keyboard on the new computer did not work and GS sent it for repair. They couldn’t fix it and sent it back to the store. No one bothered to call me for over a week and when I finally picked it up today, it was beyond the warranty of the computer which is making it difficult to return. I am left with an $800 computer that will not function and Dell is sending me all around the place and will pass the buck and do anything but give me an address to send back the computer. I am not happy.
