We were sold some discs to extend our service through our house. Since then I discovered we are still paying something every month and we no longer live in the house no are the discs in that house. Not real sure that we were sold something worth anything at all. Since we live in another place, would anyone like to have those things. Will call BB and offer to give them back if they stop charging us.
They didn’t show up on the scheduled day and time! Beyond ridiculous…
When I called to see what happened I found out that it was being rescheduled. Without even letting me know! The agent couldn’t figure out what was going on because there was no notes left. Smh.

6th failed attempt to fix ice maker.
3 times ordered wrong part.
Repair guy left part without installing and was rude. It’s been month and half since initial request. Summer gone + have to take off from work time to be present for all the visits.
