I called for my tv that had a little crack at the top right. Greek squad told me to call the manufacturer because my tv is under the manufacturer warranty instead of the protection plan I brought from Greek squad. When I called the manufacturer warranty they said they couldn’t fix and to tell Greek squad to fix it since I had their protection plan. So I call Greek squad again and they just gave me a run around saying that can’t fix it. I brought a protection plan for issues like this and no they won’t help me fix my 75 inch tv what a joke. Waste of time and money now I gotta buy a new tv just because it would be waste to fix it. It will cost as much as a new tv. Please be careful and read carefully when buying a protection plan from Greek squad.

My wife went in Saturday to get her samsung s22 ultras screen fixed. They told her it would be a 40 minute wait to get it fixed. 1 hr later they informed her they wouldn’t be able to get it fixed that day and made her an appointment to get it fixed sunday. On Sunday we got a call to cancel the appointment because they forgot their samsung technician didn’t work Sundays. We choose geek squad because they are a certified samsung Repair Shop. But after their unprofessionalism we went to a local Repair Shop and got it repaired in 20 mins. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

I brought my pioneer receiver in for repair. I purchased the geek squad warranty. When I went to pick it up it had scratches on top of the unit. The rep apologized and called for the manager and the manager junked it an gave me store credit. NO PROBLEM NO QUESTIONS asked AND gave me a HUGE SMILE!! To make things awesomely better. I picked up a Marantz receiver on sale regular $1000.00 for $200 including my store credit….
