Hold my laptop for three weeks before sending it out to their repair center. Went back to them and was told that they already shipped it out some time but no, they just made a shipping label for it at that same time that I talked to them. It wouldn’t even proceed if I didnt went back after almost two weeks, because I was told that I needed to pay something first which was not said the first time I went. There was no txt or email that letting me know that I need to pay something before proceeding.
Went back again to ask on where it is because there was no update. They told me they just put it downstairs, ready to be picked up without even reading the info. After one more week when I picked it up, i was told that the issue was just the battery, so they replaced it. Now, I can’t access the search bar the one beside the Start button. And also that Start button wont work now. I cant open images and videos too, it says “package could not be registered”. Some apps/programs doesn’t work anymore. Don’t know why but everything is updated. Oh yeah the best part is whenever I turn on my laptop, it will take a while to boot. Unlike before where it boots almost instantly. And yeah, don’t lie to your clients.

Had an 11am appointment and got to the store just before the doors opened. A woman who showed up first quickly made her way to the counter, and although she explained she had an 11:45am appointment, she was waiting for quite some time at the store before doors opened. When the store employee asked if I had an appointment, and I said “yes” he directed me to sit in the waiting station. I proceeded to wait 20 minutes while he continued servicing someone who he should have told to sit and wait. What’s the point of having a reservation system if you aren’t going to honor it? Despite the woman pouring her heart out and coming across distraught because she had a corrupt file on her computer that she couldn’t access, your employees should be trained in customer service and understand that you can be sympathetic while still adhering to the store policies. When I got up to leave, the employee said “I’m almost done.” Too bad he lost a customer in me.
Rethink about purchasing their Total Tech. Falsely advertising this program saying they can fix any computer in your home. I paid $180 for this yearly, for all of my $8k TVs and $1k computers. Took my PC for a diagnostic/repair as it was turning on and off. Tech said it was going to reset it. When I picked it up, the guy at geek squad said they could not repair it because they found liquid damage and cannot touch it. Never spilled anything on my computers and when asked where they saw corrosion he assumed it was “somewhere down here or up here”. The guy did not know anything. When I asked why my cooling fan was hanging he said he could not help me because he wasnt allowed to touch any liquid damage items. I requested to speak to a supervisor and he immediately said “oh im the supervisor right now” (assumed the role without the badge). Persisting I sign the service order form to which I denied. Took pictures. Will file a claim.
