I had an appointment at 11am I asked if they could possibly fit me in early. (I came in at 10am.) There was no one in line or being helped. They said they were busy and couldn’t help me even though I watched techs just stand around behind the customer area not touching any hardware. I then asked if I could take the next appointment if that person didn’t show up they said sure. I waited and a man walked up (mind you he had no appointment at all and took 30 min) yet no I had to wait for simply sending my watch off to Apple. Finally after 45 min of standing waiting for someone to get to me they said they would help me yet I’m still standing in line because apparently she can’t put it in a box. Not to mention both girls were rude. I’m never coming here again. Only gave it a second star because it finally got sent….otherwise it would have been one star only.

DO NOT buy intstallation and removal from these folks. I purchased a treadmill over a month ago with removal of an old one. They set the delivery window for 8 hours and then didn’t show up. Didn’t call. Didn’t explain. I rescheduled with the 800 number for a week later. Again 8 hour window making sure someone was home.. No show again. No call. No explanation. And then yesterday the third time I allowed Lucy to rip the football away. No show number 3. I don’t leave poor reviews lightly. I understand the shortage of labor across the nation. What I don’t understand is the inability to notify me over the phone or email that they won’t or can’t come. HORRIBLE customer service that makes me kick myself for not buying from COSTCO or Amazon.

WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. Had them replace my battery on my iPhone. When I got back my headphone jack didn’t work. Took it back the following day and after them wasting 2 hours of my time running different checks on the phone, pretty much in other words told me it wasn’t their fault and I should check with my carrier to see about my insurance covering to get it fixed, Or they could order me a new phone for $300+.

How it it not your fault? Was working fine before I brought it to y’all. So in my book and I’m sure pretty much everyone else’s it’s your fault, but don’t owne up to it see if I send any work your way.
