Most INEPT Group of MORONS that i’ve EVER MET. My Daughter & i purchased a FIT-BIT for my Wife as a BIRTHDAY GIFT at the BEST BUY store where this Geek Group lounges AROUND!! We bought it Late last year & a SERIOUS problem came up with it. My Wife & i came out to see if they could HELP us. WELL, The GIRL on duty was pretty USELESS!! She DIDN’T have any IDEA on what she WAS DOING!! I’LL NEVER step 1foot in that DAMNED store EVER AGAIN!! By the way, She asked MOE & LARRY about the FIT-BIT, they just LOOKED at it & DIDN’T SAY a word!! SAME BLANK LOOK!!
Poor technical guys. I waited 15 days, their system shows everything is going right, they ordered parts, system is repaired,mission accomplished blah blah etc. Nothing is repaired. Waste of time an energy. Good thing is they gave money back
My computer has been sent out 4 times in a row and comes back more broken each time. They use refurbished parts. If you can afford to do so just buy something new, forget letting these guys fix your stuff.
