Recently lost my phone. Worse than that, I realized I lost some very sentimental photos. (I thought I was doing back up, but apparently it didn’t quite work) A N Y W A Y, I made an appointment with the Geek Squad, which was easy enough. Showed up the next day and talked with James. He was nice enough to listen to my sobs about my phone and checked my phone out to help. Although we weren’t able to get some of the photos back, he explained things to me and was so nice and attentive. Quite frankly, it was more of a therapy session than anything because I just had to let somebody know about all my grief and the fact that I didn’t have a phone for over 4 days. (That’s a whole other long story, but I won’t go into it now) My main point is that James was awesome. He was knowledgeable. He was super sweet. Listened to me, put up with me, and I left happy, and I am greatly satisfied with the customer service I received. Did I mention that this session was completely free? Yes, freeeee!! James had explained that if he had to do any kind of probing into my phone, there might be a charge, but it didn’t come to that. I highly recommend the Geek Squad, no doubt about it!

Everyone on the Geek Squad and on the sales team that helped me were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Even though the initial computer which had issues was unable to be fixed I felt as though I received great service. Special shout out to JoJo who went above and beyond! Customers must know when using Geek Squad services…make an appointment, show up on time and understand that there is no accounting for how long it will take, so you may have to wait in line until the person in front of you is finished. That is simply the nature of this kind of appointment system. That being said, use this service. I was very pleased with Best Buy’s staff at the Arden store.

Set a reservation for a broken iPhone 7 screen as to guarantee nothing would go wrong, drove for 30 min to the place, and the dudes like “not my problem we dont have the screen.” No offers but to give my phone to them for 3 WEEKS? Did all I could and they still couldn’t deliver, and even after that, would do nothing to rectify their lack of ability. Would not suggest going here till something big changes…
