If I could give them 10 stars I would. My kid had been having problems with his gaming desktop – many BSODs to the point the computer became unusable. I had a competing company that we had used before come to the house. The tech was nice enough and did the best he could, but after 3 visits, 7 hours of labor (at $125 per hour) and close to 500 dollars to replace the SSD, power supply, and motherboard, the problem returned after 1 day. At that point I realized that the best way to address the problem was to work with a company where I could drop the computer off and have someone diagnose from their location Luckily, I found Geeks 2 You in Tucson and they were just unbelievable. They not only ran diagnostics but also asked specific questions about my kid’s gaming habits, the games he played, etc. That extra information helped them to pinpoint a really difficult issue that was resolved within 2 hours. They even tested by playing the games with the fix before letting me the machine was ready to be picked up. The director of operations and lead tech (Theresa) even provided me with recommendations for the CPU cooling unit that did not need to be replaced now but likely would be within the next 6 months (no upselling!), The entire staff was welcoming and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Positively proficient, professional and thorough!! Adam was the tech, who communicated well and was excellent in offering us options while educating us about the network/PC issues we had. He resolved the network/printer problem efficiently and ensured he had answered all of our concerns before he left to his next call.

Professional staff did an excellent job. Completed repairs in a timely manner. Gave quote for extended warranty coverage and did not charge me for the estimate or composing the letter to the warranty insurer. Then, they completed the work with a price that ended up being slightly cheaper than their estimate. Repair staff are highly knowledgeable and competent! Thank you!
