I recently dug a old Dell tower out of my closet that had been collecting dust for the past 5 years to backup old pics and movies that were on it. Upon firing it up I noticed it required a password to open Windows, and I thought oh no…I will never remember what the password is. I thought for sure I had lost all of my photos and movies that were on there from many years ago. After trying over a few hundred times to open it I finally gave up and decided to look up a computer specialist to help me out. I was so fortunate to find Gem Systems, they said to bring it in and they will try to get it figured out. The next day I dropped it off in the AM and by that evening they called and said they were able to get in it and recover my data. I am forever grateful that they were able to help me out and give me back my memories of times gone by. After trying to work with other local companies regarding my computer issues I was most pleased when I found GEM Systems. I have had printer issues which have finally been corrected by GEM Systems. They researched and got for me the perfect computer for my needs. All of my files were reloaded onto the new computer and the set up was painless and very well orchestrated.
