I see things haven’t changed over the years according to the previous reviews. This place is still a Rip Off charging way more than they should and the service is Terrible. I took my laptop to get my hard drive replaced and they charged me around $200.00 for their service, which I told them what I needed replaced and they still charged me for a diagnosis. Most places will do it for free with their service, NOT HERE! It took 2 months to get my laptop back and when I did all my photos were Gone. Years of pictures of my family and children, GONE! They had informed me they would be able to save and transfer to the new hard drive but only some of them were, Maybe around 100 out of around 1,000. When I tried to tell them about the problem they acted like they did nothing wrong, No I am sorry, no trying to help fix the problem. This was a very hard lesson for me when it comes to computer repair, next time I will do a little more research on the place I take my personal items. LESSON LEARNED!

I am from out of town, and was visiting a friend at Randolph Air Force Base. After lunch, I stopped at every pawn shop (as my usual custom) searching for vintage stereo gear (my hobby:). I noticed this store next to one of the pawn shops, so I decided to go in. All computer type stuff, but on the very bottom of a shelf was a Sansui old school 1970’s receiver that caught my eye. The owner of this store was EXTREMELY cordial and accommodating. When we discovered that there was something not quite correct on the receiver, he would not let me leave the store with it. He insisted that he repair it, and not only did he do so, but he did it the very next day!
Very pleased with the whole experience, and when back in town, I will always stop by, perhaps not finding the stereo equipment I collect, but at least to just say “hello”.

This place is TERRIBLE!! If i could give it ZERO stars, i would! My grand parents took their laptop in for heating issues about a year ago and when they got the laptop back, it never acted right ever again. So just the other day i decided to open up the laptop myself and take a look at why it was overheating so much. Low and behold there was a penny in between the processor and the heat sink. A PENNY!?!? I’m not a computer genius but something tells me that this isn’t right. We decided to take it as a loss and got a new laptop. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this place. They overcharge and do sub-par patch work. If you need professionals to do work on your devices i would suggest Altex or Geek squad. This place isn’t worth the money or the hassle.
