Hands down the best experience I’ve had with any tech repair. From price -to quality -to time it gets back to you – to just how downright nice and cool the owner is . Usually you’re gonna get slammed on pricing with any kind of tech repair and still have to wait an elongated amount of time, but I was able to bring my ps5 motherboard in for a hdmi port fix and in the same day it was done. I used to find myself second guessing tech repairs because of how poor the industry is but he’s definitely our ray of hope in WNY and definitely a standing example of what the industry should be.

RJ was so friendly and easy to talk to. He went through the entire process with me and answered my questions completely. It’s always great to find a business that’s honest and clear with their clients. Despite my device having some complicated issues, he worked diligently on it, and fixed my tablet when most other repair places would give up. The prices are outstanding for the quality of service and repair you receive. I absolutely love seeing small business and the passion of the people who run them. Hands down the best tech guy around. He has helped me with my PC for years. When it comes to repairs, builds, or any type of issue, he’s definitely the guy to call. He’s even resolved issues for my buddies that live all the way out in NC ( that geek squad could not figure out). Dude is a black belt in technology 10/10
