I asked for help looking into an issue with game compatibility on a brand new custom built computer from ironside, something several thousand others have posted about and succeeded in fixing in online forums but I did not have enough experience to do on my own, I asked what he would charge to look, to just try, he basically told me he wasn’t interested in trying without 100% success and wasn’t interested in my money. I’ve never talked to anyone in this industry who just didn’t even care to try, until now. This is computer repair only, this is not for troubleshooting (I guess). If you have a basic issue this might be what you’re looking for but otherwise find someone who’s willing to put in more effort and challenge themselves to resolve more complex issues, or not so complex; this company will not try. I had a poor experience just looking for a quote. At this point due to the interaction I had I wouldn’t even bring my computer here if it had a simple issue due to poor customer service. Best with your future endeavors.

We took my laptop to be serviced. Our daughter had poured root beer on it & it had been a year & a half since we used it. The gentleman was able to get my computer cleaned up & back running. He was so nice & his office was very clean. We will be returning for any future computer needs.
