Received a free diagnosis for my laptop, but I waited one week for a tool to come in order to find out what was wrong, and another week to learn it was a fried motherboard. While I did pay the funds for its cost and installation, I had doubts whether the order was made when no tracking number was provided. Once I asked what is caused the delay of the number, I was informed that the motherboard was out of stock and potentially would have to pay more. I asked for a refund and my laptop returned, which was provided. The lack of communication, and amount of anxiety and frustration I experienced leads me not to trust this establishment for future repairs.

Alex and his wife are both wonderful people. From his wife great customer service to his amazing knowledge of technology. I love the fact he doesn’t over charge. Sooo my son messed up his Nintendo switch in 2 different places his knobs stopped working & his motherboard was fried due to liquid getting inside … Instead of buying him a whole new switch Alex fixed both problems in a reasonable time and returned my son switch to me like brand new. I paid less getting it fixed with Alex then I would to spend more on getting him a new one. Thanks Alex now I don’t hear a peep outta my son

This computer store seems to be family owned and the owner Alex and his wife are very professional and courteous, he helped me with my computer that had no power he opened it up and did some troubleshooting and he was able to repair it right in front of me. this business owner is an honest and very helpful guy, no gimmicks or tricks. Best service ever.
I definitely recommend this computer store to any one looking for repairs.
