To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I took in my laptop 3 months ago to get a virus removed , and they removed it successfully. However, the man that was helping me suggested on repairing my trackpad since it was cracked. It sounded like a good idea at the time so I agreed and paid over $100 for it. A few days later, I get a call from GoGo gadgets saying that they broke my laptop screen, and it would take another week to fix it, but not to worry because they would cover the costs of the screen. Gee, thanks! After a week, I still had not received a call so I called them and they said my laptop was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick up my laptop, it was completely unrecognizable. My laptop was fully rose gold and they returned it to me with a gold screen AND a gold trackpad! Not to mention there was a glob of grease on the top of my laptop. I asked them why my laptop looks like this and they said they could not get the trackpad and screen in rose gold because my laptop was too old and they couldn’t find it anywhere. They never called me to let me know, and instead just bought the gold without my permission and pieced it together. In addition, the laptop was inoperable when I received it. The keyboard did not work and there was no way to type on it. So back again to get the keyboard fixed. This whole process took about 3 months. After all this, they STILL made me pay for the trackpad. Do not waste your time with GoGo gadgets!

I took my phone in for a cracked screen. The replacement screen was defective. They made me buy a second screen to replace the defective one they sold me. I really think it should have been their responsibility to provide a quality replacement. I had to return several times attempting to get a refund for the first screen. I was only refunded a portion of the defective screen and the second screen I was charged for is defective as well. After spending time on at least 9 trips to the store and told repeatedly he could not help me. I still have a broken phone and have to go buy a new one.

We first saw Mark about my husband’s cell phone not charging. He had it fixed I n about an hour. Yesterday, our laptop stopped charging. Being a pair of tech-duds, we had no idea what to do. I took it to Mark to look at it and within 10 minutes he had it going after a soft reboot (whatever that is) so I’ve decided he’s our”go to” guy. Thanks Mark!
