EBits is an amazing example of small business excellence. They truly care about providing a top quality service for all of their customers. I brought my phone in with a nonfunctional charging port and purchased a full charging port replacement. A few hours later, they called me and informed me that my charging port wasn’t broken but extremely dirty instead. Because of this, they refunded more than half of what I initially paid. They so easily could have not told me that this was the case and not offered a refund, but the fact that they didn’t do that exemplifies their commitment to customer satisfaction.
