I called to schedule an urgent repair and was told I’d get a call back shortly, the same day, to confirm a date/time for a tech to come to my house. Payment in full was required up front ($190 charged) and I did not get a call back the same day even though I had already paid and given my address. The next morning I got an email with a “receipt” thanking me for the business saying they “look forward to working with me again.” No service was ever provided. I called, got no answer and left a message stating I needed a refund and had not gotten any service despite what their emailed “receipt” said. Then a couple hours later got a call back where they left a message that didn’t respond to my concerns at all but stated a date/time for a tech to show up. At this point I was totally creeped out since it SCREAMS of a scam organization. They issued a “refund” of $160, but not the full $190 claiming the need for a $30 “cancellation fee” – again, they did nothing more than charge my credit card and engage in two very short phone calls with no actual service provided and nothing “scheduled” until after I called their scam due to the “receipt” sent via email indicating the job was already complete. Now I have to go through the headache of calling my credit card company to report the scam. YIKES!!! Buyer beware – don’t trust this scam of a company.

I reached out to GoInsta Repairs after being locked out of my desktop due to an “automatic repair loop”. Marcie was quick in getting me set up with their I.T. Specialist Piero, for him to work on my computer remotely. After a few hours, he was able to get back into my system and started working on a list of problems, primarily malware and viruses. After and extensive 3 days of non stop work on my system, Piero was able to get everything squared away. Through the whole process, he was clear and informative, making sure to answer all my questions and concerns, I never once felt out of my depth. I was so impressed with his work ethic and GoInsta Repairs professionalism, that I felt confident recommending them to my 78 yr old neighbour to help him with his computer. As of this posting, they have already fixed his computer and he was so happy with their work, that he joined their Insta Care+ plan to keep his computer virus free for the next year. I highly recommend GoInsta Repairs and will be using them exclusively for all my computer needs. A+ Service!

I called to have a tech come out for Friday, 03/01 and you had to pay the $120 up front. Tech comes out, didn’t have the tools, so they called to reschedule for a different tech to come out the following day, Saturday, 03/02. The guy was super nice and replaced the battery and left speaker on my husband’s MacBook pro. He then left. My husband went to go use the computer and noticed that the top of the keyboard from letters q through p don’t work. I told him I would call and handle it in the next few days. I have newborn, I’m busy. So I call on Friday (within a week) and get told that it has been more than a week and that I would have to pay the $120 again to have someone come out. I call back and speak to Marcie and tell her that in fact, we got the repair done on Saturday, and I did in fact call within a week and would like someone to come out and fix the top of the keyboard that no longer works. Never received a call back and now my husband can’t use his MacBook. Do NOT do business with this company.
