This may not be A “Name Brand” store, but I tell you that they are great. The guy literally takes his time to make sure everything is working well before you leave out of the store. I went in to get an issue fixed that QLINK couldn’t or wouldn’t…and I left successful, grateful and happy with what was achieved. GrayFox Electronics seem to be really dedicated to what they do. And this makes this customer very pleased to recommend them for ALL your electrical needs … And if they can’t fix or help they will be honest and let you know…NO BEATING AROUND THE BUSH
I have used GrayFox on several occasions and have received outstanding service. Its personnel are expert in all the diverse electronic products they sell and service. I had two old PCs I wanted to refurbish and update to Win 10 for my grandchildren. The result was two PCs better than new with free apps like virus protection and the cost was very reasonable. All personnel are friendly and ready to answer a random question. I recommend them 100%.
Just wanted to thank the techs at Gray Fox electronics!!! Somehow water got inside my business laptop and i did not have any of my files backed up. The techs were able to recovery all my data from the laptop in less than 24 hours and my business was back up and running again. The customer service was outstanding and I highly recommend them for any issues you may have with your electronic devices!!!!
