He shares office space with Celtic Arts Junction Center which was a little confusing. Greg was very cordial. He seems more responsive by texts than calls.
My computer was not booting – he figured out the fan/cooler was not turning on automatically so it was overheating. Resolved within a couple hours. There was no diagnostics charge. The repair charge was… let’s say less than the diagnostics fee that I saw posted for other places. Needless to say, happy customer and would gladly return for future concerns.
Gregg’s PC repair is a lifesaver. Most repair shops I spoke to wouldn’t agree to take a look at my PC after a power surge fried components on it, but Gregg was quick to take it in and get the job done right. He had excellent communication throughout the repair process and I was never in the dark about what was being done as well as the schedule for when I could expect my PC back. I would 100% return to use his services in a heartbeat if any future issues arise.
Greg’s PC supported and advised me through a lengthy and frustrating attempt to get internet provider service improved. Despite Greg’s troubleshooting, obtaining two new modems, a router and installing them, problems persisted. After two months of almost non-existent wifi, and using my cell phone for everything, I changed internet providers. I am so glad Greg was able to work with me. He is also a very nice guy, cost conscious, and honest.
