Thanks to all the great reviews, I did not hesitate to contact Abid for help with my laptop issue. He is absolutely amazing at what he does, and now I call him The Computer Whisperer. From the moment I called him and described the issue, he was so professional, honest, patient and kind. He quickly diagnosed the hardware issue over the phone and explained everything I needed to know. When I dropped off my laptop, he identified another issue by sound alone. I was able to get my laptop back the same day I brought it in, and I could not have been any happier with the repair, upgrade and whole experience. I am very pleased with the service I received! A month or so ago My laptop got wet and I had a time constraint due to me leaving the state and I needed to get my laptop checked quick. I called Abid and he was quickly able to assess where the damage most likely was and was able to work on my laptop the same day. He was very honest about how much it would cost and the amount of time! When I arrived he immediately knew what the issue was and got to work. I had my laptop back 4 hours later and it’s working great! He was truly a life saver and I will definitely be going back if I’m ever in a similar situation. I waited a little before writing this review to make sure everything was in working order and I can confidently say that it works great.
