I put the hailageek app on my phone after googling a computer repair service in my area. I didn’t have to take my computer anywhere. The technician called me, came to me and was very friendly. They are like the “Uber” of computer technicians. What was a big issue for me was easily solved by Hailageek. We all hope we don’t have any problems but we know that won’t happen. I will say, if you have a computer or networking issue, Hailageek is your one stop shop. They also have a “smorgasbord”of other services. Check them out. Kudos to Hailageek.
Hailageek helped me remove spyware on my computer & kept me from calling what I now know would have been a fake computer repair company that would have locked my computer and I would have had to pay to unlock it. They also gave me a solution to keep me from having this problem again. The real beauty of it all was that they didn’t even have to come to me nor did I have to go to them……They did it REMOTELY.!!!!! I am not very tech savvy so instead of trying to put the hailageek app on my phone I called, & when the technician came, he not only fixed my computer but he went over how to use the app. I even paid for the service using the app. Hailageek also does computer tutoring. The technician even told me that there are many situations where some problems fixed remotely. Thank you hailageek. 5 stars.!!!!!
