This past summer I had a severe hard drive crash. I took it to Best Buy and they informed me that it would cost $900+ because it would have to be disassembled in a clean room. Well, I don’t have a money tree, so I put it off. I took it to another repair store, same thing and they mentioned that there was no guarantee that they could recover anything, but would want the $900 either way!

My wife suggested that I take it to Harbor PC, so I dropped it off recently. Aaron & Kevin are great guys to deal with. Well, they recovered all my data at a fraction of the cost!

I will take all my future business to them and will refer them to my friends and acquaintances.

I originally booked an appointment at Best Buy with The Geek Squad. They told me they couldn’t diagnose what was wrong with my computer so it would cost me over $85 just to find out what the problem was.

So I took my computer and left. I did a Google search and found Harbor PC. I wish I had done that first. Not only did Aaron let me know diagnostics were free he also worked really hard to find me a cheaper part. Ultimately I went with the more expensive part because it meant I would get my computer back sooner. They did a fantastic job and if we need any other computer repair you can bet we’ll be going back to Harbor PC.

Aaron was amazing in his customers service and resolve. Had a major hard drive failure and he was able to get all my information off the hard drive and more. He is a professional and knows what he is doing. Trust that the big box chains will not help you like Harbor PC will. Thank you guys for your help and the cost was actually not bad considering the importance of my data on the failed drive
