HB Laptops does amazing computer repair work, they helped me with a new display for an iPhone 10, a Macbook battery that died and apple couldn’t repair and now fixing the logic board in my Macbook. My Macbook died and I hadn’t backed the data up since before the pandemic. The Apple Computer tech said that a chip failed in the logic board, and it could not be repaired. I was sick that all of my data was dead to me. Apparently Jack likes the Grand Challenges, he was able to pinpoint the chip failure and sodder in a new chip – just amazing.
The computer is now operational and I back up my personal data regularly.

I called Jack at HB Laptop with a last-minute, expedited need to fix my computer, and he saved me! My laptop stopped working the day before I needed it for a training event. Jack told me to go down to the shop, and he would help me at that moment. He assured me that if he couldn’t get my computer up and running, he would lend me a laptop while he fixed mine. It turned out he was able to fix it by the end of the day, at a fair price, and I could present the next day without any issues! Thank you for understanding and prioritizing the pressure of my situation.

I took my phone in to get fixed. It was severely cracked and no longer receiving texts or calls. I dropped off my phone and they told me that if they can’t fix it for a reasonable price I’d be better off just getting a new phone. Luckily they were able to fix my phone! I appreciated their honesty! They also hand delivered my phone to my house which was very helpful. I highly recommend this place. Very nice people !
