…highly highly recommend him… Let me tell you something my day went from the worst day ever To the best T-Mobile in Burnsville told me there was no way I’d ever be able to get my Contacts. There was no way I’d ever be able to get into my Gmail. They treated me like c*** I’ve been with them for 12 years. I walked into his business and he said. How was your day? I told him what happened. He didn’t even blink. He grabbed my new phone worked his magic. And in less than 15 minutes he had me up and running.

I went in today for a cracked iPhone repair which was the third time in seven months. Andy was able to get it repaired and under 30 minutes and the quality was fantastic as always.

When he brought out my phone he put on a $10 screen protector free of charge. Not only was it no cost to me But also made it much less likely for me to need their services again for a cracked phone screen.

I cracked the screen on my Samsung S10+and Verizon was unable to help me transfer data etc to my new phone. I called Helpertech and Andy said they can rent me a screen so I could do the transfer.
