This joke of a company was scheduled twice to come repair a dryer as a third party for a GE warranty service. Never showed up and never called. When I finally called them it seemed like I called someone during dinner or something (early afternoon just after they were supposed to show up the second time). The guy I spoke to didn’t have a clue. Said he would look it up and get back to me which, of course, he never did.

Reji at Hi-Tech was so much help with my hot water recirculation pump!!! He’s cost-effective, responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond at every step. I understand people are frustrated that some of the up-stream providers (mainly GE) have a poor parts supply chain, but that has nothing to do with this local business. Reji has my strong endorsement, and certainly has my appliance repair work from now on.

It took a little bit to get a hold of Hi-Tech after the GE customer service rep said they’d call back “within 24 hours to make an appointment”. However, once I did get through to him (seems to just be one guy), he came the next day. He was pleasant as he diagnosed the problem with my dryer and got it running again quickly.
