Brought my PC to micro center first. It took them 2 and a half weeks to even start working on it and another week for actually “fix” it. When I got my PC back from them it was way worse than when I had intially gave it to them. I brought it to Highland computers told him everything and he fixed it in a week and actually tested my PC to make sure it was working. Will be coming here from now on. Micro Center sucks.
Very knowledgeable.Used 2 times. Gave me a quick and dirty reading of my problem that required no service in one case. Within 2 days rebuilt a broken set of hinges that everyone told me was not fixable was fixed at a fraction of replacement cost. Still in use 2 years later. Support this small business.
Huge S/O to Tom over there!! Had water damage to the screen and could tell the problem from looking at it immediately. Had me order the part and brought it back to repair. Was done the same day, and took the extra effort to transfer my stickers. Great and speedy service, thank you!
