I had an external hard drive that stopped working after taking some bumps I had no idea where to start or who to call. I live in Pueblo but called PC Brokers in the Springs to explain the issue they immediately referred me to Bobby at Hollywood PC Repair. You know you are doing something right if other companies refer customers to you. I drove up to his office that day and he took the hard drive hooked it up to his equipment and told me that he could more than likely save my data! He took the time to explain to me that the hard drive I had (HDD) was not as good as an SSD one (no moving parts inside) and therefore wouldn’t break as easily from small falls or getting bumped around.
I was so relived because I had hours and hours of irreplaceable
family memories, vacations, sons’ baseball games all recorded in 4K video on that hard drive. He checked the local BestBuy and showed me a better hard drive that they had in stock, after buying it and dropping it off with Bobby he had all my priceless data transferred over in a few hours. I’m not sure if you can put a price on that kind of data I thought was gone forever or a dollar amount on what you are willing to pay but I was happy to pay what I did for the services Bobby provided. Although ultimately my issue had to be referred to another party, Bobby went through all the paces to diagnose and identify the root cause, and set me up with the other party before leaving his door.
