I read about the store before I drop by. It said other devices so I assumed it meant LG devices as well, even though LG stopped making cellular devices. I get three stars because they could replace my phone screen if I have $100 for it, but they couldn’t find the parts for my charging port. I would really like to give it four stars but unfortunately I can’t do that because they have the LG screen parts that they could order but not the LG charging port. Shout out to the guy who was working at the time he was very helpful and I appreciate him taking time to help me deal with my almost extinct phone.
I decided to try a local spot because I got tired of the Apple Genius Bar making me wait hours and just trying to tell me to buy new phones and watches. Gio brought my iPhone 13 Pro Max back to life and was very nice and punctual. Def recommended to anyone needing repairs
Geo was super helpful and friendly. Best customer service. He had my son’s phone ready in exactly the time he said. Definitely bring my phone needs. Great experience at Honest Repair.
