Very thoughtful owners and employees but am dissatisfied with the service and compensation I received. Came in to get my iPhone 8 plus screen fixed. It was fixed within the hour, charged 100 dollars plus tax. Less than a week later I noticed that the screen would make a noise when I would press on it in different places. A few days after that the screen started to separate from the phone itself. I called the store and was told I would receive a response back regarding a refund for a faulty replacement but it became a 2 week exchange in communication waiting to hear back from the owner. They offered to fix my phone for free if I could send it back but I don’t have a backup phone to use while mine is gone. I am also from out of state so I couldn’t bring my phone back to the store itself. They only gave me half a refund back ($50) which I will use to cover the cost for a new replacement since my phone is not usable whatsoever with the service I have received from them. For their service that made my phone completely unusable, I would have appreciated a full refund. I would recommend going somewhere else that has a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

I went in here thinking I was going to pay an arm and a leg to fix my iPad but everything was really reasonably priced! Also, shout out to the amazing Aaron. Omg the knowledge that this man has is incredible. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, his customer service was impeccable. Side note, the store smelt great!
