The owner, or whoever answers the phone (I think his name is Ari), was great, and went above and beyond to get my phone delivered to me at work. But the actual tech who fixed the phone wasn’t all that friendly, and he forgot to put my phone case back on, so I had to go back to their store the next day anyway. Also three different people told me the phone would be ready in 3 hrs, so I promptly traveled from Jersey City within that window, and they hadn’t even started the phone after the 3 hrs.

All in all, the place is fine, but don’t go there if you’re in a rush, and don’t expect the nicest experience.
