January 6, 2024 Saturday on my way from San Diego to San Francisco I called the shop 20 min before they close at 3 PM I needed my iphone 11 promax fixed asap and luckily Phillip answered the phone I asked if I could still come to the shop at Green st Pasadena and fix my broken screen. He stated he is almost done for the day but he will be willing to wait for me few minutes past 3PM. I got there just in time. He was super nice and accomodating. He assured me he can work on it right away and I can wait. However I asked if I could leave it and pick it up in a couple of hours since I am visiting my family in temple city. He called me around 5 but I couldn’t make it and so he gave me an address to pick it up at another branch in East Pasadena. He actually waited until past 7 PM until I get to the shop it was way past his working hours. I finally got my phone and whola! It was perfect! The workmanship was outstanding as if it was brand new again. I got my iphone 11 promax working with no problem. This is Stupendous customer service the kind that you would love to get especially when your phone os that important to you and this shop I repair It Fast Pasadena is truly, positively and definitely the BEST place to go to. PHILLIP is the guy that you would want to see! Incredibly nice guy! Thank you!

GO HERE!!! DO NOT GO TO THE APPLE STORE!!! My iphone 13 had somehow been damaged by water (the screen turned green) after only a couple of seconds in shallow water, and the apple store told me that my only option was to buy a new phone. Instead, I was recommended this store by a friend. The second I walked into the store, two enthusiastic men, Phillip and Paulo, greeted me. They gave me a free consultation and even gave me (and my girlfriend who happened to show up with me) a free screen protector along with putting a new screen on my phone for just $130, fixing my problem on the spot. Don’t go to the apple store, these guys are the best.

My IPhone XsMax suddenly started restarting and then was stuck in a loop just showing me the black screen with the apple logo. I made an appointment with the Apple Store ( after 2 days that was the most recent I could get) when I went to the Apple Store I stayed there for almost an hour, 3 “Apple Guinnesses” could not figure out what was wrong with the phone !!.
