On April 11 I went to this shop for a iPhone 7 repair, I arrived and spoke to someone repairing a phone and asked if they were able to fix the my damaged screen and bent phone. At that point someone came out from the back and said it couldn’t be fixed.

I was shocked for the following reason. When I saw the name of the shop, it was my understanding they knew about fixing IC’s on iPhones which is very hard job to do.

Repairing this phone was so easy that a novice could do it. You may ask, “how would you know?” I am a novice and was able to fix this phone with YouTube and Amazon.

If you need a job done by pros, avoid this place.

IC Fix had an very knowledgeable staff.. I initially tried the phone fix it booths in the Lakewood Mall and found the most they could do was fix broken screens. I tried Best Buy and needed an appointment. I thought that my phone battery was dead. The IC Fix staff showed me that it was not the battery and explained why. They were able to fix the phone.
