I moved here after living in NYC for 26 years where I had trusted “tech guys” I worked with over those years… and I was worried that I wouldn’t find a new, reliable, trustworthy “tech” company here. BUT I did! iCreative is a professional outfit and is an Apple Authorized service provider. Brian at iCreative was specifically who I worked with and he put me at ease with my MacBook Pro and explained what was going on and when the parts would arrive and etc. I got text updates and notification when my laptop was ready. Candi helped me when I picked up my computer and she has all the best qualities you hope for in customer service. I am so grateful for iCreative and their excellent team and techs.

I didn’t end up getting my laptop fixed at iCreative because it would’ve been too expensive. I panicked and took it here because the nearby Apple Store didn’t have an appointment that same day, but from the get-go, I was out $65 for “diagnostics,” or to be told my laptop’s display needed to be replaced — something I could see for myself. At Apple, they don’t charge for diagnostics. Additionally, I ended up spending $300 LESS of what I was quoted at iCreative for the fix at Apple. I understand Apple may have more resources to remain affordable/for speedier repairs, but price is a big factor to consider with our tech. devices. Both iCreative and Apple staff were polite, so not about that.

I highly recommend iCreative for your computer maintenance, updates, etc. Jonathan was extremely patient with my “lack” of computer expertise and explained my computer issues and options in an understandable manner. I’ve taken my previous computers in for service and either didn’t fully understand the issues or felt like the technician was talking to me in another language. The appointment setting and turn around time was excellent. The entire experience was a positive one and I know where I’ll go next time I need computer service!
