What an awesome experience. (Except for my computer crashing in the first place.) Bob spent a considerable amount of time trying to help me over the phone, with no success. I then took the computer to him that day and he spent another hour trying to get it to boot. No success. I left the computer, and he saved all my files, reloaded windows, and reinstalled all my data as it was before the incident. It now works perfectly. I cannot say enough positive things about Bob’s expertise, timely repair, and fair pricing. Thank you.

I was skeptical to go here for my first time but I did it anyway and i don’t regret it! It is a work from home business so please don’t be discouraged by that! This gentleman is very kind hearted and welcoming. He tries to explain everything to you so you know exactly what’s going on and why and how to prevent it from happening again. Also this is one of the best values you can get anywhere in town. I would highly recommend for anything having computer problems!

February 2022: My PC Would not start up after a routine update. I saw that ICU Computer Services was close by and had received all 5 Stars. I was able to schedule an appointment on their website. Bob went above and beyond to restore my PC and even though I had already purchased a new one, Bob helped me set the new PC up properly and it’s now running great! Thanks for all of your customer service and knowledge, Bob!
