It was alright. They fixed my screen and battery. The screen is fine, but ever since they fixed it my headphone jack isn’t working properly and they took no responsibility for it when I asked about it. But the headphone jack worked PERFECTLY FINE for days after I dropped it and shattered the screen. Only immediately after I got the screen replaced did it not work. I have to push on the screen near the jack to make it work correctly, making me think it was just disconnected or displaced during repair. And then I got a battery replacement which they said would hold charge better than my current one, and two days later it went from 100% to 5% just sitting in my pocket for an hour without me using it. I’d give them two stars for fixing the screen, but really nothing else was that good. Customer service was weak, the dude seemed like he had no idea what was going on with my phone and had the extent of knowledge a YouTube video could have given me. In fact, you can replace those parts EASILY on your own for cheaper than they do it here, I just didn’t have the time because it was finals week.

My 20 month old threw my already cracked iPhone 7 Plus down the flight of stairs in my home it completely cracked in hundreds of places had to be fixed ASAP! Took it into the Rexburg location. Very professional service. I dropped it off ran some errands and picked it up. It looked brand new and the repair guy put my new protection guard (also purchased) on for me. No air bubbles! My phone looks great! He was very professional and knowledgeable. Yeah it was expensive but it’s a expensive thing I know it was cheaper than my service provider plus gave me an additional $5 discount. Would recommend. I will keep my phone out of reach for sure

I am very pleased with the service that happened today! My screen is fixed and Max did an excellent job at explaining what was wrong with it. The screen had gone out. I previously bought a screen from a cheap mall outlet and it didn’t last me more than 3 months. Max, the worker, explained that the products they have are better quality than the cheap places around campus! IF YOU NEED YOUR PHONE FIXED COME HERE! Even though it may be a little more expensive, it is worth it to get it here because of the better quality and life time warranty. You will save more money in the long run. Trust me
