I’ve been doing business with Terry for several years and he’s hands down the best Apple tech in the area. He has helped me with everything from the mundane – setting up a new MacBook Air, transferring data, photos, apps, etc. – to more serious repair problems, problems that other techs threw up their hands over and urged me to buy a new device. And Terry would simply fix it, quietly, efficiently and always with a confident professionalism that put other repair outlets to shame… But tonight was the real kicker and the reason I decided – finally – to write a review: my iPhone died this afternoon. Only 6 months old, it had a full charge when suddenly it went black. No power and even plugged in, it would take no charge. I called Terry in a panic at 5 minutes before closing time and he said, ‘no problem, bring it over – I’ll wait for you.’ And he did, fixed the problem in about 90 seconds and charged me a fair amount for staying late to get the job done. Terry ROCKS! And I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Terry saved my MacBook Air. My computer became water damaged. I contacted him to see if he could extract some documents off the computer since I couldn’t not get the device to turn on. He fixed my laptop altogether which was such a relief. He was so quick and efficient, fixing this within nearly an hour. I was so pleased!
