First I spoke to Mohamed and reviewed my storage situation. I was leaving in a few days for 3 wk trip to Balkans. They understood my urgency and set me up with their technician, Max, that day!!

Max was very respectful as he tried to comprehend the issues I had and what was me. When he was sure he understood my concern’s, and how I mainly used my computer and phone, he gave me some overview on how my apple iPhone and 3rd party vendors operated. And it is not always in the consumer’s best interest (my own, not his words). Once Max was clear I got the information, he helped me come up with some better storage solutions.

I will bring all my big and small problems to iDevice. I m so grateful to have found these smart, fast, and kindly technology professionals.
