I called to get a quote on screen repair for my Samsung A11. The gentleman on the phone asked me to text the serial and model number to a different number and then never got back to me. The next day I called back to inquire about what had happened and why I hadn’t been helped yet. I informed the gentleman on the phone that I had called other phone repair shops with the same question and they had an answer within 5 minutes. The associate responded very aggressively with “well do you want the cheapest option or the best service?” And then proceeded to tell me they would have to replace the screen, housing, battery and charge port for the exact same cost as the phone itself brand new.

Great service! Our computer had water damage and the screen would not show image while still running in the background.
The quote given was affordable compared to Apples quote. Very satisfied with the results and worth the money spent to fix it.

Went to both address listed on the website and both do not exist. Called the number and the guy claimed the address on Rousseau was a training facility (it’s not it’s a strip mall) and that he’d send my laptop to the warehouse/repair shop in Kenner (which he can’t because the address is in a strip mall and the unit is for lease). All in all this person is a fraud.
