Update: initial review was in the heat of the moment…now I am with the phone there are some slight notices – there is lag of sorts on the screen and maybe it is expected as the creen was replace. The lag does not interfere and make it impossible but it is noticeable. Also the corner of the glass moves upon closer examination and use. Once again it is not noticeable unless closing examining the glass insertion. Does it impact the phone? No. Will it in the future?! Only time will tell. These are not picky observations but honest. I am still overall pleased with the service and to have my phone working again even with these slight nuances.

I would still encourage others to go by make note of work done and not be blinded by the fixed phone.

Extremely pleased with the service. They fixed it and save me 30 minute drive and $200. Would encourage others to go.

I definitely recommend calling ahead, I think they had one screen for the Pixel 3 in stock and saved it for me. I went with the refurbished option as I’m hoping to get a different phone soon but needed to fix my broken screen in the meantime before it got any worse. This is not an easy model to work with but the gentleman ended up getting the screen in there and it works. For some reason my sound is coming in much better, it’s like my top speaker wasn’t coming in before but it is now that the screen is fixed Very happy with the repair and the price was very reasonable.

I went there two weeks ago with a broken screen they replaced the screen. One week later the screen just went blank so I brought the phone back and he said my charge port was broke and I needed to fix that first so ok I did it. Magically my screen was working after he made me leave the store. 4 days later my screen pops off so off I go back. Guess what it couldn’t be fixed and they wanted me to pay again. Not this time they are running a SCAM
