I came in with a iPhone that needed a battery replacement. When I got there he obviously knew what he was doing and immediately pointed out that the screen was coming off. do to poor service at a refurbisher and took the time to explain to me what happened. Overall it took him about 20 minutes to do all the work, which is impressive because other places I called said it would take about 30- 1 1/2 hours to just do the battery. I was a first time customer and will be coming here in the future. He does quality work, impeccably fast wait time, great prices and will take the time to talk to you instead of just trying to get you out the door as fast as he can. I hope that you choose this as your go to store, great place!!!!

Ordered the more expensive OEM part. Was told it would come in and be done by the end of the week. No call no update the following week until I called. Was told the wrong part was ordered and they had to wait again for the OEM part. I was without a phone by then over a week. Did not get the feeling that they felt any urgency to correct their mistakes. Matter of fact people seem to get annoyed that I called to check on the status. Also the reason I ordered the OEM part was because they recommended it due to biometric access. Which is still not working correctly. Not sure I will come back again.

Daniel was awesome! My wife and I walked in to give this place a shot. We thought it might save us a trip to the mall to go to the Apple Store and wait for hours.
