BEWARE! HE HACKED MY YELP ACCOUNT AND CHANGED MY REVIEW TO 5 STARS. AFTER REPEATLY CALLING AND TEXT ASKING US TO DELETE OUR REVIEW. Since this original post the Company has made it right. Thank you for doing the right thing. I am very disappointed! Walked out of the store and called them from the parking lot LITERALLY minutes and canceled my order. The man on the phone said it was no problem if we changed our minds to call him back before 2pm so he could order the parts. We did not call back and were still charged $271.88 FOR NOTHING and is refusing to credit us!
I can see why this company has so many 5 star reviews. I waited only twenty minutes for a battery replacement and I was charged 50 percent less than all the quotes I received in the bay area. If you live La Quinta, or you’re visiting like I am, don’t hesitate to get your phone fixed here. Thank you for the great service, Dennis!
