06/07/2024 Update: After breaking my phone even further and blocking me on social media to negate responsibility, they have refused to give me any refund. Not only have they refused to give me a refund for services not rendered correctly, they were exceedingly rude when I explained to them how the screen they put on was not secure and popped off a day later without cause. They said that they would not honor the warranty because they believed I broke it. They have done similar things to several people. If you are one of them pls contact me and we will find resolution through arbitration. They force people into giving 5 star reviews before receiving the service. It is fraudulent.

12/03/2023 Update: I emailed them as requested and I also contacted them on instagram where they proceeded to block me without acknowledging any of my concerns. I will be calling and emailing another corporate office. This seems to be progressing in a negative direction, I may seek legal counsel for inadequate services rendered.

Update: When I left with my phone there was a warning saying there was an inauthentic part in my phone. My phone would not allow me and still won’t allow me to do facial recognition or ID because of it. I have contacted the store multiple times. I went back to the store and explained to the clerk what happened, showed my receipts and I was told to come back the next day because he didn’t know how to fix it. I work, so I could not go back the next day. I have left voice messages, instagram DMs, and called several times times. The screen protector that I paid almost $30 for did not protect my screen, my screen is not properly secured, and at this point I want a full refund.

I have a Google Pixal 6A for repair. This upcoming weekend marks FOUR MONTHS and my phone has not been repaired.
Each time that I have called for an update, I am told to wait another 3-4 days.

I dropped my phone off Friday January 26th. Today is Monday May 27th.

I have asked for a courtesy call back several times for an update and never receive one even though I was told that I would receive a call back.

It has been a really tough experience!
I’ve been beyond patient and respectful. I just need my phone fixed!
