They quoted me a repair price of $100.
I agreed and said I would bring in my phone for repairs.
Upon arrival, they said the price would now be $120. I was hesitant to agree but did so only after stating that quoting one price over the phone only to raise it once the customer was in the store was bad business. They evidently felt like my additional $20 was worth more than the value of their word, or the reputation of their business.
To their credit, they did a nice job repairing the phone with the replacement glass I brought in to them, but only after using bait-and-switch tactics to get me in the door. So I’m giving them 2 Stars, and everyone else a warning to be wary of this company.
They have fixed all of my friends and coworkers phones, computers and tablets for reasonable prices. They are extremely efficient with getting my product back to me as fast as possible and have warranteed our products. I couldn’t be more thankful for your services to us. I will never go anywhere else again! They have provided my friends and I with amazing customer service and I can tell they care about their customers and the quality of their product.
DON’T TRUST ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM! THEY ARE TRUE LIFESAVERS! We appreciate you.
