I would say that these guys are lucky to even get one star.

I filled out a form on Saturday and was told that I would receive a quote via email. I never received the email quote but instead a phone call with a verbal quote over the phone.

I gave him the model information. They told me that they could do it no problem and that I had an appointment Set for 1:30 PM on Monday.

Upon arriving at the shop I was told that he was not sure if he could fix the screen or not, and then he couldn’t find information on the particular Microsoft surface that I have.

When he finally found the model information, he told me that I had to leave my Microsoft Surface with them until his manager could come in and tell me if they could fix it or not.

Do not ever use these guys as they have no idea what they’re doing and all of the information in their store is so far outdated. I wouldn’t trust them with my devices anyway.

I am still in shock at the amazing experience I just had. The best costumer service I have had in a long time. They fixed my iPhone screen in 10 minutes. I was worried because the price was so cheap but my phone is like brand new! Thank you !

The service that I received today was exceptional! Joe was very informative and overall a great customer service agent. Everything was quick and efficient! I now know exactly where to go if my phone ever breaks again lol. Thanks Joe!
