Great customer service, and speedy. I needed a replacement iPhone battery, iGeek iPhone Repair took care of me quickly. Dropped my phone off and picked it up a couple hours later. It’s much cheaper than going to Apple. Prince, one of the owners, was very professional and considerate and worked with me to get the battery option that I wanted.

You get an alert that the battery isn’t recognized as the original after it’s replaced (which I’ve learned is standard, unless you go to Apple and pay double) and I also learned after talking to Xfinity that having the battery replaced doesn’t interfere with your ability to trade in the phone later through the carrier, only through Apple. Highly recommend if you’re wanting to extend the life of your phone for another year or two before you trade in. And I’ll definitely be using iGeek if my screen ever cracks.

I had a great experience getting my daughter’s iphone screen replaced here this evening. I called three shops in the area and was able to get the best price here, work was done within 15-20 minutes of dropping the phone off, and they included a screen protector. Phone screen looks brand new and is working perfectly. Also, plenty of parking in the lot and the store is nice inside compared to other storefront phone repair places I’ve used. So that was a nice bonus and the person working was very professional and pleasant.

I usually don’t review but I feel like I have to. Was unsure about this place but it was the nearest place to me. Needed a frame replacement and screen repair and came to this place. They were flexible with the time and got it done when I was available. So far no problem with my phone
